No. Snug has no accounts. If you are signed in to iCloud, your games, scores and settings sync between your iPhone, iPad and Mac automatically.

One new puzzle every day, the same for every player. Play it once for your official score, keep a streak going and collect a monthly trophy. You can turn on a daily reminder in Settings.

Snug never deals a tray in which no piece fits the board, so there is always at least one move. The game ends when the pieces you have left no longer fit. Settings > About > How dealing works explains the rules.

Snug+ is a one-time purchase, not a subscription: no ads, Arcade mode with stars and bonus rounds, Zen mode with undo, extra themes and Game Insight. You can try everything free for 3 days; nothing is charged when the trial ends.

Only when you choose one. Without Snug+ you can watch a short ad to call a rescue boost (bomb, laser or ship, each once per game) or to play a game of Zen. Ads never play after a game or while you are placing pieces. With Snug+ there are no ads at all.

Open Settings in Snug and tap Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy it. Snug+ also works for your Family Sharing group.

Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

In Snug go to Settings and open the ad privacy option to change whether ads may be personalised. You can also turn off tracking for all apps in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

Uninstall Snug from your devices. To remove the iCloud copy, turn off iCloud for Snug in Settings > [your name] > iCloud. We keep no data on our own servers. See the Privacy Policy.
